Amanda has 6 years experience implementing innovative culture policies, strategy, and trainings in small and medium sized organizations. She has spent significant time studying directly under Dr. Milton Bennett, the leading intercultural communication theorist behind the Developmental Model of Intercultural Sensitivity (DMIS) and the co-creator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI).

She was born and raised in St Petersburg, Florida and has traveled extensively, living for extended periods of time in new cultures such as rural Hawaii, El Salvador, and the Philippines.

She is a Qualified Administrator of the IDI Assessment and has completed over 1000 IDI debriefs since 2018. She has a BA in Human Communication from ASU and is a Certified Construcitivst Coach.
